Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Final-sale and clearance items marked “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to start a return

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  • We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization and return instructions (including a prepaid return label if you choose).
  • Pack the item securely and ship it within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is free if the item arrived damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item. For all other returns (for example, change of mind), you may use our prepaid label, for which a flat $6.95 is deducted from your refund, or ship the item back with a carrier of your choice at your own cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item, size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
