Products and pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We make every effort to display products, colors and prices accurately. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at that price and will notify you and issue a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or limited stock. You will receive an email confirming your order; this is not an acceptance until the order ships.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout. By providing a payment method you confirm you are authorized to use it. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please follow all care and safety instructions provided with products. Kitchen knives and cookware should be used with appropriate care.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BigHomeMart is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
