Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more; otherwise it is $6.95. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is $14.95. See our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days with standard shipping.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also check status under My Account → Orders.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our entire site uses SSL/TLS encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full card number.
Products
Are your cookware products induction compatible?
Compatibility is listed on each product page. Our cast iron and tri-ply stainless steel cookware work on induction.
How do I care for wooden boards and utensils?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water, dry immediately and oil monthly with food-grade mineral oil. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
